METALLICA And Justice For All OG Lp Vinyl Is In NM- Condition ZERO SCRATCHES.
Hey there, this albums comes from my private collection and of which I will be uploading more of during the rest of the week. I have more Metallica posted and will be listing some more today if you are and interested and love Metallica as much as I do !
With that being said, the condition of the album. The jacket definitely shows wear on the cover as you can see in the pictures. It has some light ring wear on the bottom front cover. A small stain on the spine and a tear on the back cover of jasons face. The inner sleeves are in great shape. The inner sleeve that I took a picture of first has no tears and is in great condition. The second one has a small tear in the center side (see that picture). The real selling point of this album in particular is the fact that the vinyls themselves are literally new. There are no scratches. There are two or three scratches that are so light that you cannot see them unless you have a magnifying glass, so I’m going to rule out that there are no scratches. When playing the record on my turntable with a clean needle, the intro to blackened has little to no crackling/popping sound. Just a smooth transition. It sounds PHENOMENAL.
So all in all, the jacket is not a collector grade of course, but, the vinyls are a rare find.
Background on the albums history: I bought this from a guy who was a GNR fan back in the day when he was growing up. His best friend was a huge Metallica fan, so he went ahead and bought this album new in 88/89. He wasn’t a fan so he played the album once and never played it again. He also had copies of Kill em all and Master of puppets in the same great condition, so if interested those will be uploading.
