up for sale today we have;
METALLICA - "Jump In The Fire"
this is an ORIGINAL white label test pressing from the Music For Nations label in England from 1984 and has a couple of cool touches to it apart from simply being a ONE-OF-A-KIND pressing;
1) the label is missing from side one
2) where the label is missing you can see that there are a couple of streaks of Black vinyl around the center of the record as well as a couple of tiny white streaks - no standard copy has any such streaks, if you hold this up to a strong light you can see swirls in parts of the vinyl, very cool, see picture three for the black streak.
this appears to have been a rejected copy and looks like it was thrown away (obviously someone `saved` it from the trash), because of this there is some white-out residue on the b-side label and a couple of marks on the vinyl so i grade this vg
this is another `one of a kind` mistake pressing/test press from my 20 years of collecting
please note this is a 100% genuine test, there are fake copies of this release on red vinyl but they are on a much thicker and darker SOLID red vinyl, i have photographed this next to a normal red vinyl so you can see it`s exactly the same shade of red.
