Description
a very nice original copy of the Metallica album "Master Of Puppets" originally released on Elektra Records (60439-1) in 1986.
-Guaranteed original First Pressing, not reissue
-Not a Columbia House reissue

-DMM mastering etched in run-out
-Original insert/inner sleeve w/ lyrics
-Megaforce imprint on back cover
-Original black & red Elektra labels
Note: Many copies of this album are dishonestly being sold as "original" pressings, but they are Columbia House (CRC) reissues, which are not rare or desirable. This copy does not have the CRC imprint on the back cover.
Condition:
The cover is in excellent condition with only very minor signs of wear. Front looks clean and bright, no ring wear,Back excellent.. Seams are strong, intact, no splits.Corners are sharp.very attractive, well-preserved copy. Grade: Excellent (EX), much nicer than typical VG+ copies.
The vinyl is also in very nice condition, retains its original high gloss shine and luster. No significant scratches or scuffs. To the naked eye, the vinyl looks near mint, but under intense light, a few very faint superficial hairlines can be seen, probably from taking the vinyl out of the paper inner sleeve a few times. Labels are clean, unmarked, no spindle trails. Looks like it's been played only a couple times, at most but handled very carefully.
Play-Tested: The sound quality is excellent, no significant signs of wear or previous play. Very well-preserved original copy. Grade: Excellent Plus (EX+).
