Welcome to my auction 

METALLICA Original Vinyl Album 

MASTER OF PUPPETS 

Legendary album needs no introduction really..  

1986 Music For Nations UK Press.. 

Not a first press but a 4th variant with barcode sleeve & printed inner.

Side A: battery / master of puppets / the thing that should not be / welcome home (sanitarium) 

Side B: disposable heroes / leper messiah / Orion / damage, inc.

Matrix A: corrected RR 9717 MFN - 60 - A•4 

Matrix B: MFN 60  B 10

Vinyl has lost sheen however plays through with no skips, sticks or jumps. There are visible scratches, scuffs, marks & spindle wear in places but nothing feel able or anything that detracts from playback. Some light surface noise in quieter bits but we all know this album really cranks up :) labels are clean & complete with no stickers or writing, light spindle wear to the centres. Original printed inner with lyrics has a thin split at bottom of sleeve approx 3 inches, also a thin split at side approx 2 inches. Neither taped. Original glossy outer sleeve has no rips, splits, stickers or writing. Readable thin spine with wear & scuffs to the corners. Faint ring wear & thin sleeve creases more to the front than rear. 

General UK record collector grading of VG - sounds better / VG

All records unless otherwise stated are properly play tested through headphones & inspected under a bright halogen lamp before listing.. 

I use the standard UK record collector grading system appreciating that opinions differ. I never add more than one + or - to my listings and never grade a record as M unless it's new or sealed.

Comes in PVC protective sleeve with new anti static inners if needed. Vinyl always separated from sleeve and posted in sturdy vinyl mailer with stiffener.

Postage can be combined, up to 3 thin spine or 2 wide spine per mailer. Vinyl always sent signed for & proof of postage always retained.
