ITEM CONDITION: All items we sell are used (unless otherwise noted), so they are not perfect and are sold AS IS, NO RETURNS. Exceptions: if the item(s) is not as described in the listing or as shown in the photos, we may determine to refund. Items come from a variety of sources and usually these items have been stored in less than ideal conditions. We do NOT have control over damage that may occur from how the postal service handles an item. We require insurance on all items so that you have an avenue to recover your costs if the item/package has been damaged during shipping.
To clarify how we evaluate the condition of items, we go through the following process in an attempt to grade them. Note: (We realize our “grading” may not agree with someone else’s grading, but we have done a lot of research on how other Sellers “grade” their items and we tell it in the description like we find it.)
First, we clean all items (except those in original boxes, such as toys). LP’s and CD’s are cleaned and checked for any warps. We then play LP’s on a Numark record player and listen to the CD’s, checking for any imperfections sound quality. Items that do not meet our specifications, are not sold but destroyed. We make every attempt to include any/all acceptable flaws we may find, that do not affect the sound, in the description. Please read the descriptions thoroughly and ask questions before bidding.

TERMS: PAYPAL. Payment must be received within 3 days of end of auction or if you need extended time to pay, please contact us before bidding so we can work something out. If you need to pay by another method, please check with us by email BEFORE bidding. We'll try to answer all email within 24 hours, except for weekends and holidays, but will reply to all email as soon as possible.
SHIPPING: Buyer pays shipping and handling, unless stated otherwise. We ship as quickly as possible, (sometimes the same day), but will ship within 3 BUSINESS days of receiving cleared payment. LP’s & CD’s are shipped by Media Mail within the USA. We always look for the best method and least expensive way to ship items. Most items are shipped US Postal Service which includes tracking, insurance & a signature. If you want a different shipping method, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Good (G) - Basically a poor condition record. I will only list a record like this if it is very rare.But still play and listenable

EXCELLENT (EX) - Very minor wear. No splits or tears, but it may have one or two small blemishes or very minor light ringwear.
Very Good + (VG+) - Minor wear. Small seam splits. Cover may have minor defacing, minor writing, cut-out mark and some ringwear. May have stickers. A solid decent cover.
Very Good (VG) Obvious ringwear. Creases may be visible. Larger seam splits, may have stickers and/or writing.
Good (G) - Ring wear to the point of distraction. Large seam splits. Heavy writing.
