Vinyl and outer sleeve, VG+. Outer sleeve has some general wear around the periphery. Vinyl has a couple very light scuffs, should not affect play. Inner sleeve has split seams. There is some scribbling across the back photo of singer Bill Milano. SIGNED? Can’t tell for sure.
