Record is factory sealed and has never been opened / played / used - Record is new and unplayed but cannot be accurately graded unless play tested.  
Record Sleeve Grade is Very Good with moderate signs of physical / cosmetic wear including curled corners from shrink wrap, exposed corners from shrink wrap, denting to corners, small tearing near middle of record sleeve opening, small amount of creasing, bending to corners, ring wear and other general wear seen pictured.
Please understand this record could have any number of potential factory defects as it has never been opened and play tested - Please, do NOT purchase if you're not comfortable with any potential defects. 
Record Grade is Still Sealed / Factory Sealed - Record cannot be accurately graded unless play tested. 
Label Condition is assumed to be near mint.
Plastic Shrink has heavy signs of physical / cosmetic wear including small tearing, exposed corners and is no longer tight to back of cover not easily seen pictured. 
Record Inner Sleeves could potentially have seem spitting from storage / handling over the years.
