THIS IS A FACTORY SEALED OUT OF PRINT RECORD.  THE VINYL INSIDE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED TO BE FREE OF DEFECTS.  ONCE THE RECORD IS OPENED IT IS NOT RETURNABLE AS ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION IS NOW COMPRIMISED.  DEPENDING ON THE VALUE AND/OR COLLECTABILITY OF THE RECORD, IF IT IS A TITLE YOU WANT TO PLAY IT IS MY RECOMMENDATION TO CONSIDER PURCHASING AN OPEN COPY THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLAY GRADED.

         *Many of the things that I sell are vintage and / or used. I am not an expert on anything or a professional appraiser. I always describe items as best I can and try to be my harshest critic. I have no way of knowing the environment most of my items come from. If I see something or smell something, you’ll be sure to know about it too! Please look carefully at the photos and ask all questions BEFORE placing a bid.

*Payment is expected within 3 days of auction's closing unless other arrangements have been made.

*I will gladly combine shipping for items purchased within 7 days of one another.  Just let me know if you are bidding on other auctions.

*Returns will be accepted and refunds given only if I have made an error in the listing.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

*I do not accept off-site offers and all auctions will run the full number of days listed unless I find an error in the listing.   I feel that it is unfair to other potential bidders to change the rules to make a sale.  Once a bid is placed it is against eBay’s policy for me to sell it to anyone other than the high bidder.  Please don't ask.

*Any problems or questions; please email me before leaving feedback. I only want well-satisfied customers.  I‘m sure we can work things out and both end up very satisfied with our dealings.

*I do my best to keep shipping costs within line.  Unfortunately, with today's economy, EVERYTHING seems to be more expensive.  The calculated costs I offer are just that; what I anticipate a package to cost to ship.  I do add in a small buffer to account for my expense of packing materials that I must purchase to send your purchase safely.  I'm not here to take advantage of anybody on shipping; I'm simply here on eBay trying to supplement my current unemployed status.  Please don't beat me up.  I'm not the Post Office...only somebody using its services.  Shipping quotes are for the USA only.  For International shipping, please contact me for a quote BEFORE placing a bid.
