Description
I recently bought a record collection (1700) at an estate sale. About half of them were jazz (it's why I bought them). The other half were classical, opera and box sets of mood music. I grew up (old) listening to rock and roll. I know very little about classical music, save the names of the Great Composers, from high school. I know even less about opera. The gentleman that owned the collection took very good care of them. Thus I am going to put them up for sale. I am going to take lots of pictures so you can see who's singing/playing and what they are singing/playing. I have only listened to Record 1 - Side 1 of each set. So without any further ado:
Up for auction is this MFSL recording of Tchaikovsky - SYMPHONY NO. 6 (PATHETIQUE) performed by The Berlin Philharmonic, conducted by Herbert Von Karajan on Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab record label MFSL-1-512. See photos for details. The cover is in VG condition(slight discoloration on right edge). The record plays NM on the A-side (I did not play the B-side, but it "looks like" it will also play NM). Buyer will pay S&H for mailing 2 pounds from the 16438 area code. I WILL COMBINE S&H.
