record   is    VG+++!        (        very , very nice !!  ,  sweet !!!        )

cover      is     VG+        (       minor normal wear , minor edgewear/paper fraying on edge , see pic    )

INSERTS   are   VG+        (  however they are both slightly stuck to each other where the questionnaire's glue has stuck to the other one just a bit . it was meant to be mailed in and was pre glued so you could seal it and then mail it . see pics . its on a plain blank white area though .
