Description
'Brother To Brother' was initially released around the world in the Fall of 1978. It became a huge success for musician and master composer, Gino Vannelli. Several hits came out of this album...."The River Must Flow", "Wheels Of Life", and of course, "I Just Wanna Stop". The album was mastered by none other than Bernie Grundman.
This particular audiophile pressing (A&M SPJ 4722) was mastered at half-speed and pressed in Japan on Virgin Vinyl and made available in 1979. I've had several open copies of this pressing over the years and I can tell you without hesitation that the sound is absolutely stunning. Even regular pressings sound good...but this audiophile version takes it to a whole other level. There was a time you could find sealed copies of this title with minimal effort. No longer the case. Pick this one up before it becomes impossible to find.
