MFSL The Band "Music From Big Pink" (1-039) LP from 1982 (year of MFSL release).
This is a very limited audiophile recording, mastered at half speed from the original Master Tapes.
It is pressed on high quality virgin vinyl.
MFSL is well known for its superior audio reproduction.
The sound is truly stunning!
MFSL LP's are long out of print and highly sought after collectibles.
Songs include: "The Weight", "Chest Fever" and "I Shall Be Released".
11 amazing songs in all.
Condition:
*Note: The vinyl is visually graded as I no longer own a turntable.
Vinyl: NM > I am the original owner. Shortly after purchasing it,
I played it only once (on a quality Technics turntable)
to transfer it to cassette tape.
Jacket: VG++ > Small surface crease - front, upper left corner
and a creased corner ding - front, bottom left corner.
No ring wear, no seam splits.
Gate-fold jacket was opened just enough to peek inside,
so because it was not opened all the way,
the spine is not cracked.
*Not a cut-out.
*Comes with inserts:
Inner heavy card stock gate-fold w/ MFSL info. / graphics.
Rice paper sleeve.
Business reply card (slid in between gate-fold album cover).
After carefully playing the LP the one time, the album was then placed
back in its original clear plastic outer shrink-bag (included).
It has been properly / vertically stored in our smoke free home ever since.
