Description
Up for auction is a mint condition, sealed, Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs original Master Recording of the Album "Supertramp--Crime of the Century."
For the MFSL collector, this is a rare find indeed.
The album jacket is perfect. The plastic bag is near perfect, with two 1/16" diameter holes, one on the front, and one on the back. The bottom right corner of the bag has a small tear as well.
The white sticker on the front, is on the bag, not the album jacket. It reads "Half-Speed Mastered, Super High Fidelity, Limited Edition" and then the MFSL copyright mark.
As you can also see, there is also a perfect one page insert exclaiming all of the virtues of these audiophile quality recordings.
The flash on my camera reflected off of the plastic bag, giving the photos an odd look. The jacket as stated before, is mint perfect, and I assume the album itself is perfect as well.
The MFSL LP's were very well packaged with Dust and Static free rice paper inner sleeves, and a special protective board.
It was pressed on imported "Super Vinyl" and Half-Speed Mastered.
