- Cover: VGVG (Some wear along the edges and corners with a bit of tape on the top and bottom edges. Some discoloring along the edges on the back)
- Record: VGVG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, Side 1 has a bit of a pop 3/4 thru, can still hear clearly on both sides)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Side 1 has someone's name written in blue ink. Side 2 has a bit of wear around the center hole)
