Here's a Rare & Long out of print VINYL US 1st Pressing 2x LP of MGMT Congratulations, inc. Limited Edition with 'Scratch Off' Sleeve.

Condition : (see pics), the Cover is EX-, light shelfware, w/inserts, some little scrapes in the scratch off area, and a small portion scratched off above the 'surfer dudes' head, the Vinyl is are EX- light marks and sleeve scuffing.
