We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. This is a long long gone limited second issue from the nineties of last century...good luck finding a spare copy, though its gotta be easier than finding the *impossible rare* $$$$ valued original.
According to Michael Angelo, there were only 500 copies of this record initially pressed on the well known tax-loss GUINN label, and the master acetate was destroyed shortly after the pressing.
Michael Angelo Nigro (better known as Michael Angelo, a multi-instrumentalist and session recording artist was raised in Kansas City, Missouri.
Michael Angelo Nigro began with the typically teenage pursuit of fronting his own high school band, Norwegian Wood, and several other short-lived combos followed. His first recording was a 7-Inch acetate for Damon in Kansas City, limited to five copies, with the songs "Journey to Find Who We Are" and "To You". Next, via an ad in a Kansas City underground newspaper the "Westport Trucker" newspaper, he happened upon the opportunity of studio work at age 20. During the next few years at the subterranean Liberty Recording Studios where this Michael Angelo album was recorded in 1976—and mixed in 1977 at BIG K records) he worked steadily, recording as a labor of economy during studio off-hours when he was given free reign. Anyway, his legendary album, Michael Angelo was released on the Big K Records (3) subsidiary Guinn Records in 1977. as quickly as it was released it quickly disappeared into obscurity. Years later, a record collector found a copy of the album and word got around, to where it began appearing on collector's want lists. Since its discovery by fringe-searchers it has been christened a heavy-hitter in the pantheon of “out-of-time” treasures. Self-produced and nearly fully self-created, Michael Angelo is a staggering, hook-filled, inner space hi-fi snapshot of dreamy folk-rock, Anglophile-pop and light psychedelia, filled with contemplative, arresting lyrical imagery and carries little to ally it to its time (spare some shimmering keyboards).
