MICHAEL BOOTHMAN 'Mystic Sea/ What you won't do for love' 12"; Touch Records #1, Barbados 1980. Orig. VG/ Ex.

Rare island disco/ boogie/ jazz funk 12" here...

So rare, in fact, that i can find mention of only one having sold before, for over $400 (hence my start price). Side 1 is instrumental, side 2 is killer version of Caldwell's 'what you won't do' with Charmaine Forde on vocal. Features obscure and excellent saxophonist Nathan Davis.

(It appears that there is also a Touch #2 with guitarist Boothman/ vocal Forde; also ridiculously rare.)

Cover VG; general moderate wear and ring marks. no split seams though.
Vinyl Ex, barely played, EXCEPT FOR some marks (looks like pressing defect) at start of side 1. these produce a tick for the first 12 rotations (no skip)- before the track really kicks in. side 2 is 'the' side though, so it shouldn't matter much. so, side 1 more like VG+, side 2 Ex.
