Description

Beautiful copy of the original 1977 pressing of the rare Iceberg Does it Live LP on Hi-Ho Music NR9783-1. Michael Iceberg was a flashy performer at Walt Disney World in Florida, where he played his incredible collection of state-of-the-art synthesizers like a full orchestra. At a time when that sort of thing was brand new it was quite a spectacle, and he was widely regarded as one of the first real synth masters of this sort. This record was made to commemorate is 100th week performing there, and was only available at Disney World during his time there. Never generally available and not pressed in great quantities. This copy also comes with a single page sheet music for his song Fanfare, which he plays on the record. This insert is signed by Iceberg at the top left. All of it is in great condition. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays completely flawlessly and just beautifully. The cover only has slight signs of use and age, with a small touch of edge and corner whitening in spots, but it is remarkably clean and crisp, which is unusual for this record. The insert is perfect except for a creased lower right corner. A beautiful original copy, a rare Disney relic, and a wonderful early synth tour-de-force. Hard to beat this copy.
