Description

Michael Jackson Off The Wall 2 disc acetate set. This set originated from the collection of Wally Traugott who was a recording enginnier at Capitol Records at the time, for whom Epic/CBS sent the masters to. After Capitol cut the acetates, the master tape and discs themselve for returned to CBS, where the excecs, producers, and Jackson himself would listen to before giving the OK to press and release the LP to the public. The discs which are single-sided, are in excellent cond. with only light scuffs marks due to long-term storage. The labels doesn't state the lp title 'Off The Wall' which suggests that probably the lp title wasn't choosen yet. There are no alt. takes that I know of.
