Original 1984 Canada press of LP on private label titled
PEPSI NOW promotional LP with pepsi songs & jingles
comes complete with insert sheet
aimed at the Quebec market, as flip cover/insert say "PEPSI OUI" with French copy
CONDITION:
cover: Excellent+
still the original shrink ~ clean,tight & tidy
vinyl: Excellent
clean & glossy ~ just 1 lite hairline scratch on opening track side 2
& a couple of faint needlemarks ~ all superficial ~ plays excellent!!
Rare 'Canada Only' promotional LP that includes songs by performers who appeared in Canadian TV
commercials for Pepsi's 1984 advertising campaign ~ music by Michael Jackson, Rough Trade, Spa
Romance, Willie English & Rock Dreams
The Michael Jackson track is an adaptation of his hit single "Billy Jean" with new lyrics
which he wrote exclusively for Pepsi ~ and i think is the only availability of this jingle.
This is a genuine rarity for Michael collectors.
