MFSL ORIGINAL LP - MICHEL LEGRAND - LE JAZZ GRAND - This is a MFSL Super Virgin Vinyl (so pure that you can see through it if held up to the light) JVC Half-Speed Japanese Pressing. Recording is from the Victor Company of Japan for state of the art audiophile pressings.

Michel Legrand's album titled Legrand Jazz compiled three June 1978, New York sessions featuring many of the finest jazz musicians in the history of the genre. The album marked the French composer, pianist and arranger's first commercial LP dedicated exclusively to jazz. LEGRAND would play piano here & Legrand chose all of the tunes, provided all of the album's arrangements and conducted throughout the three sessions. The LP was Half-Speed Mastered with the Ortofon Cutting System from the Original Stereo Master Tapes.
