This record is in excellent condition. It has a high number of spindle marks visible on the labels but there are no pen marks, scuffs, fading or any other damage. The centres are not loose or overly worn and overall the labels are clean, bright and in good shape but with the spindle marks as mentioned.
As for the vinyl itself, there is nothing deep or nasty on either sides and both sides have a lovely lustre. There is a few light surface lines and signs of use in places however. There is nothing that can be felt or that is hugely noticeable, there is just a few(4-5) light thin lines showing faintly when angled. They do clearly show under bright light however, along with some more wispy lines. So overall the record is used but is far from battered and still has a lovely shine. There are some lines and signs of use showing but nothing drastic or serious.
I play tested the record and it played really well for the vast majority with excellent clarity overall. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no movement in the record arm. The audio is great for the vast majority as I say. The issue that stops me saying all the way through occurs in the very mellow intro to the album. The intro is very mellow and there is a series of very light ticks just audible in this for around the first 30 seconds or so. These are very light but can be heard as I say. Once the audio increases in volume these become completely inaudible and the album plays until the end with very nice audio. There are no skips, sticks or any loud ticks, just these faint ones at the start. So overall a very nice clean sounding copy for the most part but with these light ticks in the intro as mentioned. I have graded as EX which I think is fair for the audio as a whole.
The sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has wear and rubbing to the edges(mostly on spine) and corners with the writing along the spine now no longer clearly legible. There are no splits or really weak areas anywhere however and no tears, scuffs or pen marks. There is no major creasing or ring marks but there is a few minor creases dotted around on the front and very mild ring marks showing. There is also a hint of grubbiness to the rear but nothing severe. Overall a solid and tidy enough sleeve which has some general age related wear but no serious issues. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains its original plain white inner which is in excellent condition with no splits, tears or pen marks but some light creasing and minor age related discolouring.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
