MIKE OLDFIELD 'Tubular Bells' Picture Disc LP Still SEALED With BONUS Blu-Ray

Mike Oldfield released his (mostly) instrumental experimental rock masterpiece 'Tubular Bells' in 1973. That classic turned FIFTY years old this year! Oldfield remastered it several times through the years, including surround mixes. The album did amazingly well, and its label, Virgin, made millions off of this, their first release. This also put Virgin on the map. The album has sold a whopping FIFTEEN million copies worldwide!

Five years after the initial release in 1978, Virgin released a limited edition picture disc LP of 'Tubular Bells'. This is also a UK import. The copy up for grabs today is STILL SEALED and NEVER OPENED or PLAYED! The only problem is the shrinkwrap has shrunk, and made the die-cut sleeve a bit warped. Hopefully the vinyl will be pristine and perfect, but I'm not exactly sure. That was the problem with a lot of factory shrinkwrap. It warped over time if not opened!

Earlier this year, a special Blu-ray TWO disc set was released. It's official title is 'The Tubular Bells 50th Anniversary Tour'. It's Mike Oldfield performing that great classic, along with dance and acrobatics! A spectacular show with sight and sound...and that's only the first disc! The second disc is a feature length documentary on the making of 'Tubular Bells', including interviews with Mike Oldfield (who was only 19 when this was released), as well as Richard Branson (who was head of Virgin Records at the time).

A never opened, factory sealed 12" picture disc, AND a never opened, factor sealed Blu-ray of the 50th anniversary tour spectacular? Ummm...yes, please! Grab this sweet double shot before it's gone for good!
