Description
Here I have on offer a double concert LP of these two bands. (Half-hour each on one disc.)
A BBC Transcription Services recording from 1972 in Stereo with introductions from Alan Black.
On the track sheet side one is numbered CN 1589/S and side two CN 1589/S.
On the disc itself side one is numbered CN 1589/S, 131171-S and side two CN 1589/S, 131172-S
Side one is timed at 28' 49" and side two 28' 32".
Track sheet is available for both artists. This has been stuck on the yellow sleeve and also written.
Musician credits stuck on the yellow sleeve as well.
The track listing is available on request.
As far as quality goes - considering the age of the recording - excellent.
There is a little very light surface noise here and there and over the course of the two sides and also some "pops".
Right at the end of side two ("If") there is - what I take to be a pressing fault as I can't see anything on the vinyl - a flaw which results in the LP getting stuck.
Overall, however,both concerts are a very enjoyable listen and the vinyl looks clean.
I doubt if I have played this more than a handful of times over the years, certainly not recently.
You will see from feedback left by others who have dealt with me that I grade my items quite conservatively, so you can bid with confidence.
I always play the items before listing and try to assess honestly.
For your information I am not a "dealer" and this is not my business.
I am just a man with a large collection - most of which I hardly ever play - so doesn't seem to be much point in keeping them!
Again from the feedback you can see that the packaging I use is always of good quality and strong.
I always ship the discs out of the "main" sleeve in their poly-lined sleeves to avoid seam splits.
