Up for auction is MILES DAVIS AND MILT JACKSON QUINTET/SEXTET
PRESTIGE LABEL * HI-FI * LP 7034
This is the first pressing MONO LP on the yellow and black 446 west 50th ST., N.Y.C. PRESTIGE Records label with deep groove on both sides.
LP is in NEAR MINT CONDITION, IN ORIGINAL SLEEVE. Sole collector meticulously handled and cared for LPs.
LP LABELS: CRISP AND CLEAR.
Front Jacket: IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, STILL GLOSSY, THOUGH GLOSS SHOWS MINOR PEELING AT TOP OF JACKET. COLLECTOR'S INITIALS WRITTEN IN BLACK ON TOP.
Back Jacket: COLLECTOR'S NAME WRITTEN IN BLACK AT TOP OF BACK COVER. SOME AGE DISCOLORATION AND SHELF WEAR.
TOP OF JACKET HAS 3" SPLIT, OTHERWISE NO SPLITTING.
SPINE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
All LPs are shipped in a dedicated record mailers with sturdy cardboard inserts to ensure safe delivery.

This is the original deep groove MONO pressing on the black with silver print label. The LP is NM. The cover is NM- with just a bit of rubwear on the back....really very little. It almost looks like new with blazing sheen on the front. Joining Mingus on this LP are Jackie McLean, J.R. Montrose, Mal Waldron and Willie Jones.
