Record Grading Scale (VISUAL ONLY - NOT PLAY GRADED)
Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)
VG++ - Very good condition that looks very clean but might have a few superficial marks
VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks
Poor - Technically playable with lots of everything, worst condition possible without being thrown out.

Record: NM (looks SUPER clean, hard to find anything major, maybe a few minor minor marks if that!)
Jacket: VG++ (Scratches on front (see photo), minor ring wear on front/back, some scratches on the back and the bottom right side of the back has some marks that dig into it a little bit so take a deep look at the ront/back photo and look for the bottom left of the front photo and the bottom right of the back cover photo to see what I am talking about. The major issue with the cover would be the scratches on the front, then the marks that I mentioned in that corner and then just some super minor ring wear and minor scratches. Overall a very clean cover and a solid VG++.
