Side A / Side B: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches all over the surface, a few more faint inaudible scratches thru Tracks, a few slightly feelable scratches, some light surface noise or crackle in parts, looks scratchy, but mostly inaudible, still plays well.

Label: "47 WEST 63rd NYC" No R under E in NOTE on Side 2. Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" machine stamp on both sides. Plastylite "P"/"ear" mark on both sides.
