I'm grading my records using the Discogs guide.
I can't find a year of release for this, but I bought it from new while I was working at Tower records between 1996 and 2003. It has been stored in a plastic sleeve on my record shelf for at least 18 years. It looks new!
The sleeve is in near mint NM condition. 
The record is VG+. The record is in fantastic condition. I tested it today and played both sides all the way through. There is very little surface noise, only the quietest, warm crackle in the very quiet moments! It sounds great - loud and clear. There are no faults. It certainly doesn't skip or stick!
