Music On Vinyl  MOVLP019

This is perhaps the definitive jazz record. This unrehearsed recording session from 1959 marks a great turning point in jazz history. Miles showed up to the Columbia recording studio with some rough melodies and chords jotted down on paper and the band proceeded to track each song in one or two takes.

Today,  over 50 years after it was released, "Kind of Blue" remains the bestselling jazz album of all time. More than 4 million copies have been sold, and the album still sells an average of 5,000 copies a week.

This Music On Vinyl reissue presents the orginal  album in remastered form plus an extra LP containing 2 tracks  that weren't available on vinyl before  (an alternate take of "Flamenco Sketches" and a version of "On Green Dolphin  Street" recorded prior to the Kind of Blue sessions, with the legendary line-up of Bill Evans, John Coltrane, Paul Chambers and Jimmy Cobb).

• Remastered.
• First-time ever 2LP edition including 2 bonus tracks.
• Pressed on 180gram audiophile vinyl.
• Gatefold sleeve including additional liner notes.
• New and Factory sealed.

DESCRIPCIÓN:

Países Bajos 2010

Music On Vinyl  MOVLP019

• Incluye 2 temas extra.
• Doble carpeta en cuyo interior encontramos nuevas anotaciones.
• Sonido audiófilo.
• Nuevo y Precintado de fábrica.
