Up for auction my personal copy of "MILES DAVIS - KIND OF BLUE" album from Classic Records – Columbia CS 8163.
200 GM Audiophile LP 33RPM. 
Sleeve = VG+, due to very small corner bumps upper left and lower right, otherwise M-. See pics. Disc = EX, due to grey "discoloration" streaks leftover from cleaning the record using a hand steamer, otherwise M-. They are hard to see in regular light, and only visible at certain angles. See pics (the really evident "streak" is just a light source shining).
For some reason back in the day, Fremer, recommended it and to my ears and my opinion it actually provided a deeper clean than the VPI 16.5.
The "streaks" DO NOT impact play or sound quality. 
I won't ever grade a sleeve or record "mint" unless it's sealed, even if the album was unplayed and the cover is in perfect condition.

Back in 2000-2003, I purchased a huge quantity of sealed records all at once. Most were opened and cleaned on a VPI 16.5. The discs were then placed in DiscWasher VRP Record Sleeves with the album stored upright in record cubes in mylar japanese protective sleeves. This has kept the condition of most of the covers (finish/color) to be "like new".
After a divorce, I put my record collection in a temperature controlled storage unit, where they've resided untouched for the last dozen or so years. It's time for someone to get enjoyment out of them.
Most of the records are super clean and flat, and have never been played. If they were played, it was less than a couple of times on an SME 10 or SME 20, with a Van den Hul Colibri cartridge.
