Description
You are bidding on an original stereo recording of MILES DAVIS KIND OF BLUE
COLUMBIA CS 8163. On the SIX EYE DG Columbia label.
This is one of the early copies with Cannonball Adderley's name misspelled and the song order "Flamenco Sketches" and "All Blues" reversed on the cover, but corrected on the vinyl label. These mistakes were corrected on later releases.
Played on a Rega turntable, the vinyl is estimated at NEAR MINT to Near Mint minus at worse with only a hint of sleeve scuff. A clean copy.
The cover is estimated at VG+ with a clean, scuff free front, good seams, bumped lower and upper right corners, and age patina foxing on the paper reverse.
The record retains its original Columbia poly sleeve.
The record will be shipped in a new container designed for the shipment of records with the vinyl removed from the cover and everything within a plastic sleeve.
