Label:   COLUMBIA.  Mono pressing on medium weight vinyl.  Label is red/black with black text, has “six-eye” logo with deep groove.  Catalog number is CL 1355.

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl retains 100% of original gloss, has been played a small number of times and handled with care.  Grades EXCELLENT with overall very clean playing grooves.  There is one very light hairline scuff on Side 1 that produces a couple very soft ticks, nothing more.  No clicks, pops, noise, or distractions.  Side 2 has one very light hairline scuff that is not audible, otherwise clean. 

Both sides provide a very enjoyable listening experience, as you can hear in the accompanying sound clips (which have not been modified in any way).  I am providing approximately the first 2:00 minutes from Track 1 on each side to reveal the sound quality of this magnificent LP.  What you hear is what you will get.  To listen, simply click on the eCommerce Player icon at the top of the listing.

Labels are clean, except the initials “SR” are written in crayon on Side 2 label.  A very fine playing copy of this essential jazz masterpiece in original 6-eye mono deep groove first pressing.  

JACKET:   Jacket is EXCELLENT with nice bright artwork.   Seams, spine, and surfaces are excellent, except left side of bottom seam has some noticeable chipping (approximately 3 inches near the bottom left corner.)   Reverse is very clean white, with no writing, stickers, or cutout indications.  One of the nicest I have seen in 30+ years of collecting.
