Description
I am parting with some of my treasured LPs. Here's a super cool MILES DAVIS LP, RELAXIN' from 1958. Features his Quintet; JOHN COLTRANE, RED GARLAND, PAUL CHAMBERS, PHILLY JOE JONES. Yup- a supergroup of jazz all-stars. This lp plays great. Has a couple of surface marks, and some minor background surface sound. The LP has been well taken care of, but with a good amount of play. Certainly not an easy LP to find anymore. This second pressing came out quickly after the very first pressing.
Details of the second pressing, also from 1958. First pressings did not have Bergenfield address;
Yellow deep groove Prestige fireworks label with "Prestige Records, Inc., 203 South Washington, Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." address and RVG stamps in both sides of deadwax along with mystery upwards arrow stamp that some associate with Abbey Manufacturing.
Thick cardboard cover with laminated front.
