Up until 1968-9, Columbia packaged their LPs in sealed loose plastic bagging inside the cover. 
This LP is still in its inner bag sealed condition.
It also is in its original shrink w/ a promo sticker that appears to be legitimate, but we can not identify what issue it is promoting   There will be NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS if this plastic inner sleeve has been opened or compromised in any way.
