 THE MILES DAVIS QUINTET RELAXIN' WITH
Issue : UK 1st PRESS       Label : ESQUIRE       Catalogue No : 32-068       Matrix : PRLP 7129-A/B

This rare UK 1st press is on the original light brown Esquire label. It is complete with the very earliest PRLP 7129 A/B matrix and the original lightweight fully laminated flipback sleeve. Released in 1958, the album features Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones.
The vinyl is in Very Good condition. It has a superb mirrored gloss, with just a couple of light marks and a few light wispy marks on both sides. The original light brown Esquire label is bright and completely clean. The text is exceptionally sharp and there is only the very slightest spindle wear.
The sound quality is Very Good. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is rich and vibrant. There is some light background noise, particularly in quiet moments, but it still has superb clarity and is a pleasure to listen to from start to finish. 
The fully laminated flipback sleeve is in Excellent condition. The laminate has the most sensational polished shine, the red is vivid, the white is crisp and the black text is solid and sharp. There is the slightest corner wear and a couple of laminate creases. The rear of the sleeve has very slight discolouration but is still extremely bright and completely clean. The laminate has lifted slightly in the top corner. The whole of this wonderful lightweight sleeve is very solid and the spine is very firm clear text.
