I HAVE JUST PURCHASED A NICE JAZZ COLLECTION DATING FROM THE 1960s, INCLUDING MANY MONO PRESSINGS, I'LL BE LISTING TITLES FROM THIS COLLECTION OVER THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO - This is an ORIGINAL MID-1960s MONO COLUMBIA RECORDS U.S. ISSUE OF THE 1957 LP titled ''Round About Midnight' from jazz trumpet legend Miles Davis with a stellar quintet, including tenor sax giant John Coltrane. It is Columbia Records U.S. catalog number CL 949, thick rigid vinyl mono pressing with black print, white 'MONO' at the bottoms the labels, and 1AE/1H stampers.
Liner notes: "Dear Old Stockholm is a Swedish folk tune..."

Visual condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks. Condition of cover is VG+ with some writing on the back cover in blue ballpoint, some contact and ring wear, and some wear along the edges and on the corners. Cover has no water damage, tape, splits, tears, or stickers. This mid-1960s mono LP would be a nice addition to any Miles Davis or modern jazz record collection!
