COVER: VG/VG+ ( top seam split complete; bottom front seam split toward opening 1-inch; bright and CLEAN front and back; no defacement by ink pen previous owner names or doodles ...anywhere; rough bottom edge seam otherwise very presentable original iconic cover! Front Of cover Presents itself fantastically .. take another look!

First Impression:: a well-cared for carefully played LP....
BIG BOLD playback! typical of mid-‘50s vinyl. Even at low volume fills the room, higher volume test shows - NO distortion; .. deep resonant BASS by Chamber and Philly's percussion.... clear with highs and resonate lows.. some surface background noise to be heard -as expected- esp under Garland’s quieter piano playing......but music ( Davis, Coltrane, Philly..) over powers...”Tadd’ Delight” track plays( see previous note) quite well imperceptible tics or two..
” Track one “ round midnight’ has ‘two rapid jumps ‘ you will here, but no more..
NO SKIPS !!! Plays clean! Very enjoyable indeed! Important Jazz Album in a desirable pressing
