One of a nice collection of 50s & 60s jazz rarities we have just had in, see our store page for more. White is just my flash!.
1st press , MILES DAVIS Young Man With A Horn Vol 2 Vogue UK 1953 ORIGINAL of the Lexington labelled US Blue Note 10" LP, which can change hands for a four figure sum. This UK press from that first year is just as rare, on lovely quality scratch free near mint vinyl, superb sound on my mono cartridge. One spindle mark to each label, so amongst the least played of all the Blue note 50's you are likely to come across from any country, no groove wear on the playgrade, just the music. Lovely Blakey playing to this, but of course you know the music.
Corners not dinged, no pen (faint number wiped off), no splits to sleeve. Record is flat and plays fine, no scratches, clean labels, near mint with an ortofon mono cart, lovely valve cut sound to this. Hard to find another 60 year old original in this condition any time soon.
