Description
Milhaud- La Creation Du Monde- Charles Munch conducting the Boston Symphony Orchestra- LDS 2625, matrix stamped "M2 RY1659-1S", "1V" and "I" also stamped, side 2 stamped"M2 RY 1660-1S", "A2" and "I" stamped as well "X" etched.
Very scarce original audiophile edition, first pressing, 1S matrix!
Vinyl a very conservative VG+, disc is bright and clean with no visible spindle-wear or marks! Some fairly noticeable sleeve-burn on side 2, a few of which, on the outer edge, might be considered by some as short and small hairlines, these few marks are very light and on the surface, there is some very light crackle on the first portion of the side but is still a very nice and clean listen!
Outer box is a solid M-, crisp corners with just a touch of wear, vibrant image, no surface-wear, ring-wear or surface indentations. Past on artwork is clean and without a crease or flaw, stunning.
Includes original booklet/libretto which is MINT and original grey, RCA Victor poly-lined inner sleeve.
