Most of the 45s on the obscure Tou-Sea label out of New Orleans are very rare and this one by Mill Evans is certainly no exception (it's included in the "rarest of the rare" gallery on John Manship's webpage). It's damn hard to find copies of and rarely comes up for sale. Both sides are superb. "When I'm Ready" is stomping northern soul and "When I'm Ready" is much funkier. This 45 is in stunning M- condition.
