Description

Here is a Millie Jackson 45rpm 7" single titled- A House For Sale with There You Are on the b side from 1976. It is a UK 1st press on Spring Records with Cat No- 2066 713 and matrix A1 / B1 . The disc is in really lovely condition with a lovely glossy sheen to it both sides and its visually graded NM. Both labels are EX. The Polydor company sleeve is VG. I have play tested this disc as seen in photos and it plays beautifully both sides throughout superbly well with lovely punchy audio and is play graded NM. This is an upgrade copy for sure. It has been extremely well looked after and stored away very carefully. Please keep your eyes out on my listings for more Northern Soul 45s in superb condition to follow in due course plus other interesting 45s mainly in super condition.
