DESCRIPTION
1975's Mina Canta Lucio was a great album. The arrangement was done by a very talented French musician Gabriel Yared. Surely "I Giardini Di Marzo" and "Emozioni" are outstanding. This album is different. It's a compilation so the arrangement of the music is done by different musicians. The oldest song was done in 1970 and the new one in 1994. Musically these are very different from each other. Yet it still deserves 5 stars. One great tune after another. Great love songs, that were absent from Mina Canta Lucio, are here, such as "Insieme", "Amor Mio", "Vorrei Non Vorrei Ma Se Vuoi", "La Mente Torna" and "Io E Te Da Soli". 5 songs were released before Mina Canta Lucio and the last medley is from her last concert in 1978. Her live performance of "Ancora Tu" is so memorable. I'm so glad with this compilation after having made mistake by buying the originals sung by Battisti himself with his inexsistent voice... Of course you must buy this 1994's Mazzini Canta Battisti, too. It's essential and pretty rare!!!
Do not miss this great rare and still factory sealed original Italian vinyl LP and do not let it get away!!!
