We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.  We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over +22,000 positive feedback.   We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. 1. This is a GREAT, underrated LP...these cats became pretty famous with a rural rock commercial format in years later which they didn't realize when releasing this, their first LP in 1969 ...

3. NRBQ came together as a garage-rock band, the youthful long hair juices and aggression flowing 
4. Listening to SUN RA albums, NRBQ delivered a high wired rocked-up FIRST album, a decidedly whacked-out affair to be file in the "underground rock" format.

NRBQ FIRST Original 1969 album is on the highly collected 360 Sound Columbia label ~ the roadster hippie outfit N.R.B.Q. away back when were a garagey rocker band before the *rural* in their *rock* set in....no way, this is NOT their commercial country format that reached success, but rather a crew of longhair dope smoking 'heads' who rocked-away and promptly 'let looose....'
   
   The Lp was played over selected FM underground radio stations in the late'60s mainly due to the fortunes of being on a Columbia Records major label.
   
   At the outset in the late '60s N.R.B.Q. were basically a band of rockers with a psych edge (doing a fabulous SUN RA cover! ) 
7. All said, a classic underground album, fairly unknown, scoring marks for high energy, charm and appeal ...
   
   One of the lesser seen 360 sound Columbia label releases of the sixties
   
   The NRBQ's first album opens with a storming version of "C'mon Everybody," they take a breath and leap headlong into a raucous psyched-out version of Sun Ra's "Number 9." Add to that another rocked-out "C'Mon If You're Comin' " with the sizzling guitar playing of Steve Ferguson (also really great on "Stomp"), and you've got the makings of a collection worthy album by a furiously eclectic rockin' band. By the tail end of the sixties, one writer called NRBQ the best since the Beatles (something like that) yet, one thing for sure, give it some spins and find it's an original sound growing on the listener with each successive spin!

The cover: MINT  TOP condition '69 ARTIFACT to an otherwise impossible to locate dark cover ...hard to find in ANY condition though when it does is usually quite worn, here is the museum quality keeper still in factory shrink wrap and looks awesome -  both 360 Columbia labels are in amazing shape
