We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Grand Funk Railroad were one of the biggest American bands of the early 1970s. Caught in full flight on this live album, the band that brought Cream's power-trio concept to the U.S. stadium circuit can be easily identified as the link between Woodstock-era blues-rockers like Ten Years After and the heavier rock bands of the '70s. Singer/guitarist Mark Farner is the focal point, as his wailing vocals and fret-burning guitar licks take center stage throughout. Bassist Mel Schacher and drummer Don Brewer provide muscular support without venturing into showoff territory.

At this point, so many of the songs feature extended jams built around simple-but-effective blues-based riffs, sizzling guitar in heated tight rhythms, all very exciting ...and Grand Funk's bag of tricks wasn't entirely devoid of catchy choruses (the soulful "Heartbreaker") or the insane tense burning tratment of the Animals track "Inside Looking Out", surpassing the Animals version by miles.

The band's LIVE ALBUM is a definitive statement not only of what GRAND FUNK RAILROAD were about, but of the early-'70s hard-rock scene as a whole....in a word, "exciting."

CONDITION: The Cover: the thick gatefold cover is stiff and strong; M- TOP COPY with NO shelf wear ...the cover is usually prone to a lot of cover wear having the dark colors and being 40+ years old - here a rare top MINT survivor.  Very heavy package as a thick gatefold cover & 2 Lp's and a huge poster ... No split seams, no bends, no writing

The Vinyl: BOTH records (all 4 sides) are all glossy clean, M- Plays beautiful! The lime Capitol labels are both clean
