Most of my vinyls and CDs are in near mint condition. They are cleaned(dust protection), checked under strong light and listened (fully or some fragments) on headphones.
For double record, for more than one, or for a box - postage rate depends on weight of the packaged item.
MY GRADING SYSTEM visual & audio :
N= new/ M = like new/ NM = almost like new/ EX++/ EX+/ EX-/ VG+/ VG/G (explanation below)
VISUAL:
N= New sealed, unopened
M= Mint, opened but like new with no signs of use
NM= Near mint, almost new with 2-3 hairlines possible
EX+= Excellent plus, very clean & shiny with little evidence of play or sleeve removal
EX= Excellent, some light scuffs/hair lines, light marks of sleeve removal, no scratches (hair lines are not scratches !!)
EX-= Excellent minus, lot of hairlines (hair lines are not scratches!!)
VG+= Very good plus, one up to couple of superficial scratches & scuffs (general light wear for Shellac)
VG= Very good, pronounced wear, lack of gloss, numerous scratches,marks & scuffs
G= Good, pronounced wear but possibly still playable
AUDIO:
M= like new, perfect sound
NM= almost perfect, few light pops possible
EX+= very occasional light mild surface noise in background
EX= light mild surface/static noise in background through
VG+= light crackles through
VG= medium surface noise/crackles, but no skips, no jumps
G= high crackles but not overpowered music, no skips, no jumps.

I believe that very good cleaning would improve the sound quality of shellac record.
