We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. TOP COPY ...Original MINTY CLEAN first pressing on the collected German Sky label came MYTHOS last album which dives into the Krautrock electronic dreams using spacy forays and creative mixing of psi-fi instrumentations...

Stephan Kaske was 18 years old when he formed the first Mythos line-up in 1969 with Harald Weisse and Thomas Hildebrand. In 1971 they appeared live at a festival and attracted Ralf-Ulrich Kaiser's attention. This led to a contract with Ohr records. The first Mythos album was duly recorded during Autumn 197l. "Mythoett" starts the album in a manner very similar to Jethro Tull. This was a revised version of Handel's fireworks music, on which Kaske played brilliant flute. He would soon be celebrated as one of Germany's best flute players. "Oriental Journey" has Eastern acid-psychedelics flavour, as the name implies. "Hero's Death" was, by the Mythos' standards, unusually guitar-dominated and a fantastic one at that.

Definitively a poetic way to finish a classic album - one of the best Ohr-releases! Truly indispensable! Late in 1972 the original Mythos split up. Kaske attempted to assemble a new trio at the beginning of 1973, but this came to nothing. Then in December 1973 he teamed up with Robby Luizaga and Hans-Jurgen Putz for the production of Dreamlab (finally released in 1975), entitled "Eternity". This album, Mythos' second one, was released on Ohr's logical successor: Kosmische Musik. It was another great work of a more cosmic and spacey nature. . The album cover was the decision ordered by Kosmiche Musik label manager Ralf-Ulrich Kaiser : drawings of Tarot cards by Peter Geitner. Kaske soon separated from the two studio musicians he had worked with previously and in the Summer of 1976 he formed the third Mythos line-up with: only Stephan Kaske playing a variety of instruments (see below) and drummer Markus Worbs. This was indeed a changed Mythos concept, and with their album QUASAR they concentrated on buzzing electronics infested but structured melodics something in the early Kraftwerk style with rock-based flavorings. Most songs have a dark mood, with chirping and chugging sound effects, strong leads, and rhythmic basslines and drum grooves...enhanced by backdrop Mellotron in a completely harmonious blend of groove of Krautrock appearring and fitting in well with the roster on the legendary Hamburg Sky Records label. Overall "Quasar" is in fact a very good album utilizing creative use of vocoder, as well as nice sequential and synthetic waves riding over heavy drums and some sparse but effective psychedelic guitar forays making this a far better album than one might expect.
