Here is an fantastically preserved original Beatles record album from my collection offered up for sale: the THE BEATLES classic masterpiece "Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts club Band" released June 2nd 1967 on Capitol records MAS-2653. This is an original AUTHENTIC first MONO pressing with the black labels with color bands. A different mix than the common stereo pressing. (Reportedly John Lennon was quoted as saying "the only way to listen to Pepper is in mono".) The MONO pressing was finally repressed and even the NEW copies go for bundles of cash. This is the real deal! The ORIGINAL 1967 1st mono pressing!
The vinyl is stunning and rates near Mint, is super glossy and clean, outstanding vinyl, Record has been play tested. Plays with excellent bright deep sound, very quiet play, no skips or jumps or annoying surface noise, a very enjoyable listen! The labels are excellent without spindle wear, record appears to have very little play and is breathtaking! Fantastic playing disk! Awesome 55 year old Beatles collectable! The cover rates EX, fantastic color! VERY minimal ring wear on front OR back cover! Binder edge EX and readable, corners EX, NO splits!, NO writing or signatures. Inside gatefold clean and bright, (see photos) The original psychedelic red inner sleeve is very clean but split at bottom center, (I will provide a second Capitol inner sleeve as well).The original Sgt. Pepper cut out insert is made of thick cardboard type paper stock is clean,(see all photos) This is an absolutely STUNNING original MONO pressing!
Will be shipped in a plastic sleeve in a record mailing box with tracking. Vinyl will be shipped in paper sleeve outside cover to prevent cover splits. Check my seller's list eBay store "Groove Vibrations" for more Beatles records and other vintage record gems!
