RECORD SHOULD BE IN 'MINT' CONDITION, BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO INSPECT OR TEST PLAY THE DISC WITHOUT BREAKING THE SEAL. THEREFORE, ALL SEALED ITEMS ARE SOLD IN AS IS CONDITION AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IN VERY RARE CASES, THE VINYL AND/OR LABEL COULD HAVE MANUFACTURER DEFECTS, OR OTHER AREAS OF CONCERN. CHANCES ARE THE RECORD WILL LOOK AND PLAY LIKE NEW AS EXPECTED. DESCRIPTION

Presented for your consideration and bidding enjoyment is this FACTORY SEALED , Original Vinyl STEREO pressing of the Casino Royale soundtrack. THIS IS NOT A 180 GRAM REPRODUCTION FROM CLASSIC RECORDS. This is on the Colgems label, catalog number COSO-5005. It is one of the few soundtrack albums to be awarded the coveted "Best Of The Bunch: Popular" designation by the respected audiophiles'  TAS list.

I hate surprises when I buy records online without being able to first inspect them, so I will try to accurately describe the condition of this item. I do not use letter grading (VG+, NM), or numerical scales (1-10), because these are totally subjective and open to individual interpretation. I have seen records graded as "Mint" that I would consider a "G-" at best.

This LP is impressive. The shrink wrap is completely intact, with NO split seams, NO rips or tears, NO writing, NO stickers, and NO missing pieces. The shrink wrap is nice and taut, an indication that the LP has been kept in a climate controlled environment. The jacket retains its original vibrant colors, with NO FADING or discoloring. THIS IS NOT A CUT-OUT OR CHEAP BOOTLEG. There are absolutely NO drill holes, NO cut off corners, NO saw cut notches, NO discount stickers.

Do not hesitate, add this gem to your private collection NOW. When sealed STEREO copies of this LP come up for auction, they usually sell quickly for a premium price. It may be quite some time before another copy this nice comes up for auction.

DELIVERY TIME INFORMATION...PLEASE READ

Some buyers have complained about slow delivery of their items. I normally use the least expensive service, Media Mail, to save you money, but it is SLOW! I am not a record dealer, I am a music collector who works 40 plus hours a week at my "real job". I only have 1 day a week to securely package your items and deliver them to the post office. Depending on when my auctions end, it may be up to 6 days before I am able to drive to the post office. The USPS says Media Mail will USUALLY be delivered in 3 to 7 days...( Yeah, and if pigs had wings they could fly! ). The ACTUAL DELIVERY TIME may be as long as 25 to 30 days.

If you demand "instant gratification" and 1 week delivery, you have two choices: 1. Pay the actual extra USPS charges and I will be glad to ship by Priority or Express mail; or, 2. Buy the SAME ITEM from an eBay store ( and pay a LOT MORE MONEY for it ). I'm not trying to chase buyers away, but I would rather lose a few than have some impatient twit leave me negative comments about slow delivery time. I do not control delivery time after I leave it at the post office.

3. Winners must pay for item within the time specified in the auction. If you do not pay when due, I will file a NON-PAYING MEMBER COMPLAINT against you, you will be PERMAMENTLY BARRED from my auctions, you will be investigated by eBay and/or PayPal, you will be issued a STRIKE against your account, and you may be subject to additional disciplinary actions.

4. Local pickup is NOT available, unless it is stated in the auction guidelines.

5. International Bidders (outside the USA) MUST EMAIL ME FOR SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE YOU BID!!!

PAYMENT

Payment must be made through PayPal only, NO EXCEPTIONS, and must be received WITHIN THREE DAYS FROM END OF AUCTION. Item will normally be shipped within five BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of cleared funds by seller's bank. If you do not agree with this, DO NOT BID.

While I do my best to securely package each item, I am not responsible for items that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Also I am not responsible if the item is damaged or broken by you, your friends or family members, your pet dog/cat/bird/weasel or any other animal mistaking it for food, or by any act of nature.
