This record is in Mint Sealed Condition.
Vinyl ~ M Sleeve ~ NM
There is a half inch spot on the front of the shrink that has peeled back (pictured). It also has a couple very, very light knocks on the top and bottom right front corners, where there is a very small break in the shrink (1/16"), (nothing major whatsoever, but worth mentioning on a collectible record).

MINT (M) ~ reserved for the most perfect of perfect, sealed and nearly untouched NEAR MINT (NM) ~ just short of perfect, usually my highest grade EXCELLENT (EX) ~ beautiful collectible condition VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) ~ Great Condition, very well cared for VERY GOOD (VG) ~ Nice condition, plays well, maybe a few very minor scuffs, but still collectible if it is a rare record VERY GOOD MINUS (VG-) ~ Generally not collectible condition, but still playable GOOD (G) ~ Lots of wear, but still playable
