We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. Hard to find 52 years ago pressing in thick gatefold cover on the lime-green Capitol label.
Known as 'the brown album' The Band scored timeless hits...and inspired countless bands across the nation to investigate the sound (see The San Francisco scene)

Pressed on the SCARCE "lime-green" Capitol label which pressed the famous label design for only one year some 53 years ago ...it's the ONLY time the LIME Capitol labels was issued in the USA issue of the 2nd BAND LP, featuring the *smash* "UP ON CRIPPLE CREEK"

Music from Big Pink was a terrific debut; but the brown 2nd album, by The Band was their masterpiece.
Robbie Robertson's songwriting had grown by leaps and bounds. As players, all five musicians had reached a completely new level of ensemble cohesion. The sum was very much greater than the parts, and the parts were as good as any that existed. The album's single, "Up on Cripple Creek," became the Band's first and only Top 30 release. It was one of several songs on the album that had an "old-timey" feel. Other highlights on this masterpiece include "Rag Mama Rag," "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down," and "King Harvest."
